Feb. 16th, 2010 06:50 amLost the second auction for the Eon Ticket e-card. It went for around $55, so I decided to just get one of the Buy It Now auctions (mine for $63.99) before other people buy them out.
The last time I've spent this much money without any real source of income has got to be the summer of 2008, when I was buying Pokemon Ruby, FireRed, and some related bullshit for the sake of migrating Pokemon to Pearl. Still trying to recuperate the money I've spent, I've put Queen of Queens back up on Ebay for the third time recently. I am hopefully going to get a stable job soon, so if it doesn't sell by the time I'm making a decent salary, I'll look into donating it to the Angry Video Game Nerd.
So, that's the last thing that I need off of Ebay for now. My secondary set of Pokemon games can wait, buying a Wii can wait, and if I only get one of the two upcoming Pokemon games, the other one can wait until I've completed Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Battle Revolution.
At least the last thing related to Pokemon. I hooked the VCR up to the hard drive just yesterday, and I didn't even need to consult anything or anyone to figure out that I'm missing an S-video cable. Looked on Ebay for some, and then called RadioShack, and they had some. I had Mom drive me over there, but the ones they had cost $25, which was much more expensive than what I found online. I was able to buy one on Ebay for just $4.45 plus tax. Time and gas wasted because I didn't bother asking for prices, but not a whole lot.
