So anyway, I told Rock 30 Games the other day that I would be relisting everything I failed to sell. He offered to buy everything for $135, and I filled Mom in on it. She got kinda suspicious of him, thinking that he might be trying to get the best of me, until she asked who contacted who in this situation.

So, $135 for a whole bunch of games and a couple of player's guides that otherwise aren't likely to sell... I decided to go with this, because I don't think I could ask for a much better deal than this. However, I've decided to keep just Yoshi's Island to test on the Super NES once Brian tries to fix it.

Took a few days to get everything straightened out, but Rock 30 Games has finally paid the $135 he offered, plus the combined $27 that he bid on Super Mario RPG and Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World. I sent him a message saying that I will have everything mailed to him tomorrow. (Today is not a good day, because Mom has to pick Brian and Marie both up, so she's gonna be out for most of the day.)

Next, I'm gonna try to sell those spare instructions manuals and any Nintendo 64 games that I can get Brian's permission to sell (with one obvious exception).

It turns out that whoever works on Xe has started to work on Playstation, Saturn, and Nintendo 64 emulation a year ago. Now, I hardly ever check the website for updates, but it seems that he actually found a non-defective ROM copy of Getter Love!! (Could be something else, but that's the most likely explanation as to why Alfonso's face is fully intact in the 6/3/09 status update's screenshot.) I sent him an email asking him where he found such a ROM copy (if it's an actual ROM), but I'm not sure if I'm actually gonna hear back from him.

After reading through TV Tropes & Idioms' page for No Export For You a second time, I've decided that setting up a full-fledged corporation and creating legitimate copies of anime and games is just not worthwhile. So, for a different approach, I'm instead going to run a website and offer everything in patches (to be applied to ROMs and video clips). I'll still hire a team of hackers and voice actors to do stuff, and will probably offer Brian a position on the hacking team, but I myself will be in charge of translating the scripts.

Thing with ROMhacking.net is, most games that get translation patches are Famicom (NES) and Super Famicom (SNES) games, and very few translation patches (if any) include voice dubs. And of course, being what the site is, there are no anime to offer.

Anyway, I've written up a more thorough description of what I plan on doing, and will show it to Brian while he's home.

In that case, I'll probably put each of them up on Ebay first, instead of just asking that guy if he's interested in buying them all out. Each of them will start at 9.99, so given that not many people want them, you should have no problem winning any of them. Good luck.
