What did I say this time?

It's only been several months since I reconciled with nanashi-no, and somehow, I managed to piss her off again. This time, she has taken me off her commission list, blocked me from contacting her through DeviantArt, and taken down the three pics that she worked on for me. (Good thing I have all three pics still on my computer, plus Milfeulle's pic hosted on Anime GTS World.) I sent her an email, but I doubt she'll actually reply to me.
What I asked for, was a re-draw of Saga, this time with her bikini bottom corrected, but also with more clear emphasis on her being a giantess than in the (previously) existing two pics. She sketches it out and emails it to me, I ask that her bikini bottom be fixed, and optionally, that there be a ship passing behind her legs, or even some people watching her from one. (I should note that this time, she was in a body of water near a city.) I did link her to another bikini girl pic, though, but it wasn't any more objectionable than what she worked on. And, that was it with her.
Admittedly, a city would be even less appropriate a setting to place her in than at a beach, so maybe it's actually for the better that this particular pic not be hosted. Still, I don't get it. It's not even like I asked for anything sexual this time. She never told me what I said to push her; she just shut me out of her life without even saying a word, just like that.
