Jul. 26th, 2019 04:51 amGiven how hard crystals are to accumulate, I had intended from before starting over to save mine up in order to unlock purification slots for Fallen Angels, so that I could awaken those and complete certain objectives in a timely manner instead of risking waste by awakening them.
At this point, I had already completed all said objectives, and have decided instead to start spending my remaining crystals in order to obtain rare stuff from an ongoing event called Sakura Branches. 100 went towards a fourth Food Soul team slot, and from there, I began investing in a special type of stamina for another event called Flowing Passion, which involves fighting a Fallen Angel called Orochi for points. Raised enough to win a batch of five deluxe bentou, and decided from there to throw a feast.
While making preparations, I managed to get the exquisite versions of some tamagoyaki and shogayaki, and gave the former automatically to Taiyaki, who would've otherwise gotten some mushroom yaki instead. (The latter, by coincidence, is her brother Dorayaki's favorite dish, but since I didn't have him yet (I did get him just this morning, though), that instead went to Tempura, who was already planned to receive some.)
It crossed my mind only afterwards, though, that maybe I should have just given those bentou to the ones I've been having fight Orochi again and again, instead of distributed randomly. Of course, that would mean that I wouldn't have bothered arranging a full-blown feast, but there is a batch of ten of those to strive for, and I'll be sure to give two of those to their rightful recipients when I get them.
(Later on, I made a point of fulfilling some delivery orders, and needed some rice to make five plates of omurice, four for the airship, one for a regular delivery. Challenged stage 8-2, scored three flames, and gave it a 5-sweep, landing me one extra. Going on to cook my stuff, I cooked it all in the batch of six that the non-single option presented me. One of them came out exquisite, and I guess it's a good thing I got the one extra, since exquisite food is meant primarily for Food Souls. (In this case, I gave that to Sakuramochi, the one who favors it most.))

Went to Bellport with Mom yesterday afternoon to gather some seaweed for her garden. First, though, we did some shopping at Sam's Club, and I landed this box of cereal called Mermaids, actually consisting of green fish and orange starfish.
