Yes, I actually followed along for its last dozen minutes, and that's how much money Rabbit & Bear Studios raised altogether, a whopping $71,000 past its final stretch goal.
While I would still like to move on now, I am glad to see that this game has enough to reach its full planned potential.
Also hoping that, like Mew being the bonus 151st to an original primary total of 150 Pokemon back in that franchise's infancy, or Mon Colle Knights keeping its elemental roster at six most of the time and then revealing Time as a seventh element in its endgame, there might be a secretly planned bonus 111th hero to recruit that might be revealed just shortly before the game's launch. That is actually something I brought up with Brian yesterday, and while ten as an easy number to default to is just a fact of life and something I'd more or less have to tolerate with other aspects of a given game (and I'm especially grateful when the number is 12, such as w/ customer ranks in Disgaea), the thing is, the more options you have, the more ways you have to prioritize, and with some games getting lower priority and more games getting added as time goes on, and especially with such future plans as I have starting with Earthbound when I regain the spoons for that, some games just become increasingly unlikely for me. (Also different with anime, w/ Lucky Star and Little Busters! being two of my favorites, since I don't really make actual plans for that to begin with, instead simply checking out whatever catches my interest, especially since that does not require such active involvement as games do.)
(On another note, someone on Discord mentioned commemorating this campaign by playing Suikoden again. Had the idea of commemorating at all occurred to me, I would have probably invested early in the guide for game 1 when it all started last month, start playing the game itself somewhere around now, and plan S2's guide for my next birthday. The way things long story short have played out this past month, I am already set on resuming my food sheet once and for all before I come back (again) to THIS IS IT!)

Checked Blood's userpage, and he actually reposted both The Loss of Innocence and Broken Dreams in full these past few days. I was actually planning to inform him of my own posting of TLoI when I reach the chapter that became its own one-shot called The Diary, but in light of this, I have instead deleted that posting.
The reason I even did take to reposting his old works all those years ago, along with all the complications that arose, are now a moot point. Originally, I just felt awkward about reading any Lucky Star fanfics until I'd redeem myself somehow of never noticing any references to summer vacation as the interlude between school years, wanted to switch gears at some point, decided upon Madoka, failed to derive any actual interest in anything I read from that, thought it was because I had nothing under it I had written myself, and eventually realized the actual reason to be that most of them were about the main five instead of the expanded universe. Now, I'm not even interested in reading any fanfiction except for what I commission for, and Starbound is going to be on another long hiatus for the different sake of the project's actual point.
