dmxratedWent onto the Eiyuden Chronicle Discord server, and didn't even have to ask if anyone's still awaiting Rising codes. Someone there mentioned having brought the issue up again with Yetee Productions and gotten a Steam code instead.
I went on to ask for one of those, got one and redeemed it, but now I'm thinking of putting that and most other games off until I possibly get a new laptop for Christmas in just a few months*, something to have a walkthrough pulled up on separate from my desktop on which I play the game. (BoxxyQuest has a much simpler walkthrough in Notepad than the one on GameFAQs and Neoseeker for this game, which has three different pages for the main quest, dungeon maps, and sidequests.)
(*Called Mom this morning to bring that idea up, and she said we could discuss it when everyone's home.)
In any case, Bilawal told me yesterday when I asked after putting Disgaea down, that he is already able to make the changes I've wanted to Star Ocean, but it will be a while before he can test everything since he is making all changes together for convenience. I will request another update once Brian leaves, and might hold out for that game if he seems close to finishing up then, after which I might set him up shortly with Earthbound Zero or Super Mario RPG depending on any progress by Xuebo or Aderemi respectively (I had successfully requested to suspend all other deals for now, after Mom pointed out how little money or effort I've been putting towards Starbound, the project she and Brian had been supporting me with, since after Brian's previous visit).
