How iro-Nick!

Didn't actually watch more than a minute of that after seeing the thumbnail, but I did find the title of the show in question before pulling up on TV Tropes.
Had that show aired, it might've nipped my aversion to Nickelodeon in the bud.
Copied from a comment I left in a friend-locked LiveJournal entry that Chelle had commented on:
[I]t mutated from a form of "box thinking" (if you will) that had actually plagued me in all different forms my whole life. This form, not coincidentally, began just several years after certain TV networks began airing what would be known as anime. At that time, the only anime I and most others knew were a small group of shows across KidsWB, Fox Kids, and Toonami. They, therefore, were to be in a separate "box" from Nicktoons. (The same would have been true with Cartoon Cartoon, a group of shows that aired on Cartoon Network, but that channel as a whole was barely ever relevant to my life.)
Another form of this whole gimmick was several years earlier. During the time I was watching Digimon, I noticed that the kids had tiny, speck-like noses. This led to an aversion to Snowboard Kids and anything else featuring really huge-nosed characters, and also me shedding my then-fetish for girls' noses becoming enlarged. Thankfully, that form was only active for several months, which is why I was able to play Snowboard Kids 2 when Marie rented that more than a year later.
Also hilarious in hindsight would be my invented ties between Nickelodeon and Al Qaeda, for what would later become part II of my planned Mon Colle Knights story, back when that manifested as part of an ongoing reimagining of Digimon. 9/11, as it turns out, due to exactly part of the reason this show was rejected.
