dmxratedMom had me call SCAT yesterday afternoon after having forgotten to do so herself, and as it turns out, I am already allowed to schedule trips again. Now we can finally start driving around next Wednesday to apply for jobs in-person, assuming nothing else happens like several times even before Mom suggested holding off on that.
Went on to arrange one for Monday at 11 to Smithhaven Mall, since I have a Walmart interview in Centerreach the previous town back at 2 that day.
Also turned out later that we actually received a list of rules for arranging trips in the mail; I had brought the mail in before she had left to pick up a prescription for Dad, but she actually put off opening it for until she got home.
