Someone repaired the Coinstar machine several days ago. Just yesterday, I spotted around $1.45 inside the pocket where coins go that the regular chutes don't have room for at a given moment. (Combined with some loose change, and then 9 cents in change when I bought an extra cable I need before leaving, that came out to $1.77.)

Also spotted a Canadian dime on the floor at some point.
