dmxratedYesterday was a 5.5-hour shift from 8 to 1:30. I wasn't able to swap it with someone the previous day, so I decided just to see that one through.

Early on, Jeyson decided to buy me a snack and drink for doing such a great job as I've been. I decided upon a pair of maple-iced donuts and a white-chocolate mocha.
Went to the break room to have one donut and a protein shake that I had left in the fridge several days earlier. (Saved the other donut for home, and the mocha for another day.)

Yesterday will probably be the last day I order anything online. This will allow me to remember to always keep receipts to deduct later at home, but what happened was that I put in an order for a classic cheesesteak and some mozzarella sticks (I had the last of three Gatorades Mom had bought me for my drink), in order to save time during a 15-minute lunch break. Somehow, even though the time to pick up is one of the first things the app asks for, it said that it would be ready just five minutes after I placed the order, that being 7:14. I assumed that that would be when I could show the cashier my receipt, especially since a different page said 10:45.
Suffice to say, it was long cold by the time I came to get it, and I only ate half the sandwich. (I didn't bother heating it up, because not only was the break room all the way across the building, but the process itself is always a gamble between having to put it in longer or burning your tongue.)

After having already swapped Tuesday's original shift with Nick's originally for today, I managed to swap that one with Jeyson's for tomorrow, in order to recuperate further. Having still been slightly sick, I didn't think I'd be able to work a full eight-hour shift today.
Shortly after speaking to him in person, he managed to swap with me, but asked me from now on to let him know days in advance.
