Went with Mom to Meat Farms yesterday, and decided to get myself some stuff to bring to work for lunch over these next few days, one of which to have instead for dinner since Mom was getting Dad another non-pepperoni pizza. Got a bunch of different things for main courses, and then some tiramisu and something called a mini chocolate bomb for snacks, but fell just short of drinks before Mom escorted me back to packaged meals to determine what she'd be paying for. She let me keep both desserts, but had me put everything else back except for a pair of chicken empanadas and some sweet potato pancakes, the latter which she found a more economical pack of, from which she'd eventually extract two for my dinner. (She also got some apples to make fresh sauce out of, to go with those.)

We took a little detour back home, and stopped at La Marguerita. She agreed to let me use her card to get a drink there, after I offered initially to pay for it myself (mainly so that there wouldn't be any surprises). However, there were no milkshakes there either, just soda, so I instead got myself a bomba gelato for dessert.
