Turns out it was Mom's card, not Brian's, that Prime Video had been linked to. Just yesterday, I bought Yuki Yuna is a Hero there, watched the first episode, and then mentioned that to her when she came up and asked if anything was new. She said she actually noticed something like that, and went on to remove her card from default while letting herself foot the amount.

We then went out for a walk around Bellport, and then watched the last episode of I've Been Killing Slimes For 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level upon arriving home.
