dmxratedManaged to spot Doreen within the front of the store yesterday. Spoke to her about why I was investigated for taking my lunch hour too early last month.
She basically said that it's not even a matter of how long after I clock in, so much as an appropriate hour to have lunch as per New York State law. She also advised me that the next time I receive a form, to ask what I actually did wrong and try to understand before I actually sign it.
In the meantime, I should probably verify with a team lead each day, what time would actually be appropriate for me to take my hour, until I notice an actual pattern there.
