For lunch before my shift at 11:15, I bought a cup of popcorn chicken and a pair of eclairs in the store itself, to have with a protein shake I had brought from home. Had only one eclair, and saved the other to bring home.

For during my actual lunch hour at 2:30 (I got permission from coach Renee to take it then instead of 3:15), I had an email to sort out with the bank about some kind of application. Decided to have an early dinner first at Southpaw right next door from there, and got a Texas BBQ burger and a Peanut Butter Explosion.

Originally, I had opted into a program called Multiply the Change, which is supposed to put a few cents into a savings account for each purchase I make (rounding to the next full-dollar amount). Seeing how I had already gotten the email confirming my enrollment, it seemed suspicious when I got another email asking me to finish such an application I thought I already had. (Not helped that the first of two such emails came alongside a Twitter email I got claiming that someone had logged into my account there, which I went online to read often is a phishing tactic.)

Had just enough time to sort things out at the bank after finishing dinner, and someone there confirmed that it actually pertained to the savings account itself that I had to set up first. Just a matter of following some buttons and actually signing some forms.

Mom picked me up when my shift ended at 7, and asked what I had with me. She said that Marie my sister, who is currently on a business trip in Paris, had shared a pic or video on Uguu Crew, that she promised to relay to me. She also asked if I'd want to let Aunt Marie have it, who decided to boil some tea to go with it.

I never got bored even while working yesterday, despite working all the same hours as the previous day. More bearable days like then than not-so-bearable, and I might have one reason less to bother with a new mobile game.

(That said, either Brian or Emily did previously suggest listening to audiobooks. I did consider before waking up this morning, an audio version of Magical Girl Raising Project to start over with. However, I don't think I'd want to pause my device and take something out of my ear each time I need to talk to someone (I ask customers all the time, for instance, if they would like a cart to take off of me), to say nothing of whenever someone talks to me. Robert listens to something all the time, and I often have to either shout or go up to him to get his attention, and it would've been especially bad if I failed to hear one particular customer from the other evening.)
