dmxratedWell, customer support's chat program did confirm yesterday that transactions involving only stars are not counted as purchases, only as redemptions. Got that drink during my first fifteen, and sure enough, it counted towards both promotions.
That said, my actual lunch hour was scheduled for 1:30, but upon speaking to Jeyson, I agreed to move it to 2:00, since his was to begin at 1 (he promised then to relay that to a team lead).
Come 2, I tried placing an order at Starbucks, but almost everything I could consider a main course (sandwiches, that yogurt parfait, and a turkey sage danish) was sold out. I ended up placing an order at Charley's instead, for $2 off for a medium cheesesteak (haven't had cheesesteaks in general in a while), and of course, those things are basically served open-face and tend to create a mess when you try to close them. (Only ordering chicken bites as a main course there from now on.)
Didn't bother getting a "make-up drink", not even sugar-free after all the sugar I had already consumed, during my second fifteen, opting instead just to have my protein shake. Quite by coincidence, there was a box of snacks available in the break room, and I decided to help myself to a pecan pie (not a slice; they're the size of your palm, normally sold in the bakery).
Tomorrow, though, I probably will buy an iced chestnut praline latte during my first fifteen, in addition to a full course during my lunch hour at 11. I only need the former for 150 bonus stars, but after that, I'll only need one more hand-crafted drink of any kind to complete that remaining SFL activity. (Both events end on Sunday, and I am off both today and then.)
