dmxratedYesterday morning, my bus came at 10:30 when it was supposed to come between 11:00 and 11:30. I never received a call to alert me 15 minutes in advance, and only noticed outside the apartment window where I had been editing Loc's work specifically on my desktop, despite having brought my phone up with me specifically to receive said call. Took an extra ticket from my desk drawer despite having one already in my wallet, but ended up leaving that on the bench in the foyer in such a rush I was in after getting my shoes and jacket on. (Mom texted me about that later, and left it today on the kitchen counter near my drinks.)
Asked why I never got an advance call, and the driver told me it's because she was early, and confirmed after I asked this that she actually would have waited.

Upon arriving at 11:00, Renee asked me to fill out an investigation form by Bexsi, someone I often see at customer service, for neglecting to mark down my lunch hour on the 14th. I asked to verify that on the app first, and since I can only view my punch log while clocked in, they agreed to let me sign it an hour later when my actual shift was to begin. (Renee also suggested I remove my nametag from now on whenever I'm off the clock, having originally thought I was already working when she confronted me.)
