dmxratedWent with Brian and Emily for a stroll on the beach yesterday. Brought Maris onto the playground for a short while before heading home.

So it turns out that that glass wall on my computer tower wasn't actually meant to display anything through.
Brian ordered a cable for my downstairs computer, that's supposed to arrive today, before he can do any further work on that. I asked him if he could fix the power button on my upstairs one in the meantime, and told him I'd grab Saga whenever he's ready. He asked me why I'd need her, and then explained that you'd actually need a Philips-head screwdriver to remove that glass pane. He explained the actual reason for that one side being made of glass, but I could barely make sense of it.
Texted Drew about it, who said that while it is technically possible, you'd at least have to be careful not to let whatever you put inside touch the actual inner workings.
Not sure whether I misconstrued something before, or if someone merely suggested it, but I'm probably going to write that idea off. If I ever had any reason to move the computer around, whatever I had put inside would probably fall over, and then I would need to unscrew the pane to set it back right whenever I settle the tower itself down; more trouble than that's worth.
(This was also the same reason I invested in that other anime figure at Kinokuniya, and the time I was awaiting before I'd put that one together. That might have to wait, though, because Mom had put Saga on a high bookcase shelf so that Maris would not possibly break it, and Koyomi in a closet in Marie's room despite the box still sealed.)
