Two days ago, Marie went to the Junior Prom with Scott. I, on the other hand, spent most of the day being bored, and had about three naps throughout the day. I also contacted Jake multiple times, even though I had nothing to talk about, and he eventually told me to leave him alone for the rest of the night.

I left the following review for A Rose and a Thorn 5: Resurrection last Sunday:

I always loved this ficseries. I especially like it when someone refers to or incorporates zones from old school Sonic games. That stuff that Tails told Knuckles about Sandopolis is quite interesting.

Also, I know who those two "unnamed" characters were that came to Sonic's party in ARAAT1. They were Bark the Polar Bear and Bean the Dynamite, both from Sonic the Fighter and the comics universe by Archie Comics. The way you incorporated Sally and Elias Acorn in the epilogue of ARAAT4 was also quite a good move, even if it was just a cameo.

If you're interested, maybe you could use Tiara Boobowski as an easter egg. In case you're wondering, Tiara was a deleted character from Sonic Xtreme (which was cancelled altogether), and was supposed to have a similar personality to Sonic. She has a MySpace page, some artwork in the Sonic Xtreme Compendium, and a thread in the Senntient(dot)com forums (under the "Xtreme" archive; change the (dot) to a period to find the forum).

You did quite an excellent job fitting Ashura (another pseudo-canon character) into this ficseries; if you can somehow fit Tiara into this series, I'd appreciate that too (especially if she plays an integral role instead of a cameo).

Unfortunately, Harley and Froggy never said anything of it in their weekly author's notes, even though they did once use their authors notes of a different chapter to tell CrazyIvan and Disaster Master to stop talking about WMDs in the review boards. Oh well, if they didn't appreciate my review, they would probably appreciate having an email sent to them even less. So now, I'm going to strive to create two sequels to The Furrysitter's Club. (More on that real soon.)

Anyway, Scott slept over at our house two nights ago with Marie. Yesterday, Marie was going to read some of the baby books we have to him. Mom tried talking her out of it, but she did it anyway. Her favorite book is Hippos Go Berserk, which she read to me twice before.

Marie also gave me a shoulder massage while I was cooking up some Ramen noodles, and I asked her to rub harder. Scott gave it a try, and did harder than Marie could. I then decided to show Scott our Life In Hell book, and I showed him particularly the neighborhood from Hell maze that I spoke of before, the evolutionary tree (which consisted of animals like babboons evolving into nightclub bouncers and tow truck drivers, or salamanders into Avant-Garde artists and fashion models), and a comic titled "Kids' Greatest Hits". My favorite "hit" from the last aforementioned page is the parody of The Addams Family, which reads:

The Addams Family started
When Uncle Fester farted;
They all came out retarded;
The Addams Family!

Funny, funny stuff, ain't it? Here's a webpage about Life In Hell, which includes at least that one:

http://www.geocities.com/lifeinhellperson/

I also asked Marie where Bart Simpson's Guide to Life is. She said that if it's not on her bookshelf, then she must've given it away. The latter turned out to be true. Oh well, not the end of the world, even though Mom got that book for me.

Yesterday, me and Mom baked chocolate chip cookies, and I had a few after they were done. Mom was also sorting out documents, according to which should be shredded and which to simply throw out. She later brought me over to Dad's workshop to use his paper shredder, while she checked on the catboat. We then went to Waldbaum's to pick up ice cream and toppings for ice cream sundaes, and then to some other food store to pick up a DVD (probably Serendipity, since that's what she was watching when we got home).

Anyway, later on, I told Jake about my new two projects. One of them is a novelization of Sonic Xtreme, which was going to focus mainly on Tiara. However, Jake did tell me to include Sonic, since it's not called Sonic Xtreme for nothing, and he's right about that. Okay then, since Tails and Knuckles were also supposedly going to be in it, so will Sonic, and chances are, the four of them will travel together, since that will be a lot easier than if they had different paths like the playable characters in Sonic Adventure. Other characters to appear will still have relatively minor roles.

(Note that there was no established plot for Sonic Xtreme except that Sonic and co had to find the six rings of order. However, by simply looking at the names of the levels in the mp3 lists in the Sonic Xtreme Compendium should give one an idea of what each level and event was like. For example the Red Sands zone consisted of a huge desert, some volcanoes, and some people along the way to talk to, and this fanfic provides a fine template as to how that section of the novelization could play out.

The other project will focus primarily on Tiara, although she might be able to summon allies to assist her. She races Ashura (another pseudo-canon character, also found here in a more detailed pic) for either the six Rings of Order or a non-canon set of gemstones. Right now, I've only established some custom zones and some basic rules for its game form; actual storylines will have to wait probably until I finish compiling plots for Xtreme.

And finally, Dad brought Brian home last night, and I helped them unpack everything into the garage while I was outside. I also shared some of those cookies I made with him after we all ate dinner.

And what a coincidence it is that I found a spritecomic with Ashura standing right next to a blue-furred-and-haired Tiara just this morning while typing this. Here it is.
