Continued reading Magical Girl Raising Project during yesterday's lunch hour, after putting that aside to read about MIPS (mentioned late in this recent entry). At this point, I've already lost track of where I had left off with the latter. (Not that I expected to grasp everything in one reading to begin with.)

Brian left while I was away at work. Emily was in the hospital for surgery, so Mom was alone in charge of Maris, even having to bring her to pick me up, for until Karen called to take her last night.
