That thumbnail issue has finally been fixed. After offering to show the video itself to my cousin Dennis and his son Adrian in a phone call Mom was in with them, I decided to check just now, under both the full title and a part of it, and the correct thumbnail displays in the search results under both terms.

Those other few problems still stand, though, although having lost three subscribers in some quick succession does suggest the beginning of a manual bot cleanup; let's see how quickly I lose more and recover from that recent attack. (Will need to make a point to re-report those remaining two issues.)
