dmxratedYesterday was the last update for the Sonic the Hedgehog ficseries A Rose and a Thorn.
Mom had me and Marie pulling out weeds near the driveway. She didn't want them robbing the bushes of the water that they need to live on. She also had me hold the refridgerator gasket in place while she drilled the screws onto it.
Marie found a baby preying mantis yesterday, and showed it to Mom. I also had a look at it, and it was an inch long. Mom led us to the garden, and asked Marie to drop it off there.
Me, Mom, Marie, and Dad went out on the boat last night. On our way there, the streets of Patchogue were packed with parked cars because of a carnival and some concert, so we had to take a detour to the boatyard. We were gonna go fishing for crabs, but it was way too windy to even bother. We just parked the boat in the middle of Patchogue River and ate dinner there before heading back to the docks.
