Dec. 27th, 2007 04:40 amI called GameStop yesterday to see if they had the Player's Guide for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. They did, and I called Mom to tell her. While I waited for her to come home, I raked some leaves, read a chapter and a half out of Mega Man 3: Return of the Forsaken, but otherwise just relaxed. (Wonder Project J2 can wait for when Marie's using the Nintendo DS.) Mom eventually called me back and said she'd pick up the guide on the way home. When I looked through it, though, most of the information in the Pokedex section was missing, and I spent several hours starting to copy an in-depth Pokemon walkthrough onto Microsoft Word and erasing unnecessary information. That whole thing goes on for more than 865 pages, and Mom asked me if it was Pokedex. She said she saw something similar at GameStop while picking up the guide. At first, she said she'd pick that up tomorrow, but then decided that we might as well get it right then and there while the store's still open.
There was a bit of a line when I got to GameStop. While I was waiting, I nearly got carried away looking at games on the shelf and watching someone (a girl, actually) playing Guitar Hero. I was even at the front of the line, and it took someone to ask me if I was waiting to alert me. When I got back in the car, Mom said she noticed and asked me if there was a problem at the counter (which there wasn't).
When we got home, it was already 8:00 PM, so I just read stuff from the newly purchased Pokedex before going to sleep.
