Oct. 31st, 2008 07:03 amYesterday, my coming-home bus came about half an hour late. He had someone else to pick up and drop off after picking me up, which isn't unusual. But after dropping said other client off, he went to another person's house whom he forgot had canceled a trip. He then went to the Long Island Expressway and got off at Exit 63 instead of 65, and had to get back onto the L.I.E. Upon coming home, busdrivers usually do have to turn around if they come off from the expressway, but this one went all the way to the stop sign and a little bit further before turning around.
He did realize that he did not serve me very well, and gave me $6 to compensate. That's twice the amount that it costs for one bus ride.
