May. 20th, 2007 07:32 amTwo days ago, Marie went to the Junior Prom with Scott. I, on the other hand, spent most of the day being bored, and had about three naps throughout the day. I also contacted Jake multiple times, even though I had nothing to talk about, and he eventually told me to leave him alone for the rest of the night.
I left the following review for A Rose and a Thorn 5: Resurrection last Sunday:

Unfortunately, Harley and Froggy never said anything of it in their weekly author's notes, even though they did once use their authors notes of a different chapter to tell CrazyIvan and Disaster Master to stop talking about WMDs in the review boards. Oh well, if they didn't appreciate my review, they would probably appreciate having an email sent to them even less. So now, I'm going to strive to create two sequels to The Furrysitter's Club. (More on that real soon.)
Anyway, Scott slept over at our house two nights ago with Marie. Yesterday, Marie was going to read some of the baby books we have to him. Mom tried talking her out of it, but she did it anyway. Her favorite book is Hippos Go Berserk, which she read to me twice before.
Marie also gave me a shoulder massage while I was cooking up some Ramen noodles, and I asked her to rub harder. Scott gave it a try, and did harder than Marie could. I then decided to show Scott our Life In Hell book, and I showed him particularly the neighborhood from Hell maze that I spoke of before, the evolutionary tree (which consisted of animals like babboons evolving into nightclub bouncers and tow truck drivers, or salamanders into Avant-Garde artists and fashion models), and a comic titled "Kids' Greatest Hits". My favorite "hit" from the last aforementioned page is the parody of The Addams Family, which reads:
The Addams Family started
When Uncle Fester farted;
They all came out retarded;
The Addams Family!
Funny, funny stuff, ain't it? Here's a webpage about Life In Hell, which includes at least that one:

I also asked Marie where Bart Simpson's Guide to Life is. She said that if it's not on her bookshelf, then she must've given it away. The latter turned out to be true. Oh well, not the end of the world, even though Mom got that book for me.
Yesterday, me and Mom baked chocolate chip cookies, and I had a few after they were done. Mom was also sorting out documents, according to which should be shredded and which to simply throw out. She later brought me over to Dad's workshop to use his paper shredder, while she checked on the catboat. We then went to Waldbaum's to pick up ice cream and toppings for ice cream sundaes, and then to some other food store to pick up a DVD (probably Serendipity, since that's what she was watching when we got home).
Anyway, later on, I told Jake about my new two projects. ( Read more... )
And finally, Dad brought Brian home last night, and I helped them unpack everything into the garage while I was outside. I also shared some of those cookies I made with him after we all ate dinner.
And what a coincidence it is that I found a spritecomic with Ashura standing right next to a blue-furred-and-haired Tiara just this morning while typing this. Here it is.
