Yesterday, Mom had to bring me to the Dowling campus to pick out two more courses, because I only get some kind of insurance if I go to school full time. I forgot my course catalog at home, so Mom had to borrow one from the office. I picked out a psychology course and a literature course.

(While we were there, I tilted my chair on its hind legs, and fell backwards. I didn't bump my head, and simply rolled to the side, but Mom asked if I was okay. The secretary we were talking to said that this isn't the first time anyone did this, and she, in fact, once fell down while she was pregnant. Not that this is really important, but it would be a funny thing to remember whenever I read past entries of this blog.)

On our way home, I told Mom that we needed to stop at the bank because I had not a single dollar in my wallet. She told me that instead, she'd give me a twenty which she was going to spend on Turkish take-out, and I'd pay for dinner instead. Good plan. That way, we don't have to waste gas needlessly, which is expensive and contributes to global warming.

Last night, Brian was on AIM (without a note icon next to his screenname), and I started a conversation with him. Only a few minutes later, Marie decided to give him a call, and Mom started talking to him, then Dad, and then me. I told him about today being my last day at school, about my plans to create a time block for Adobe Illustrator CS2, and about my plans of continuing SMW2: Yoshi's Island rewritten at home even though I won't be posting the chapters onto Fanfiction.net. I told him about the final conversation I had with Zerodius, who referred to the fic as not a novelization, not a rewrite, but a bastardization of the actual SNES game. Then, Marie finally spoke to him.
