If there are any websites that offer ESA-protected ROMs, one of them is emuparadise.org. I found out about it from some random forum after typing "protected ROMs" into Google. I went there, and no, they also don't have Game Boy ROMs (or, maybe they do and I didn't look hard enough where I'm supposed to click). However, I clicked on Paper Mario, and it turned out to be available. Not only that, but unlike ROMNation.net, that site also has ROMs for CD-based consoles such as the Playstation and the Saturn.

Also, one of the moderators on the ROMNation.net forum said that ROMNation will never offer Nintendo 64 ROMs such as the aforementioned Paper Mario. Of course, that was a long time ago. Guess where I downloaded Wonder Project J2, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Getter Love!! That's right: ROMNation.net. If that fact contradicts the words of that moderator, then who knows? Maybe ROMNation will re-offer ESA-protected ROMS sometime in the future, despite what another moderator told me. But that's only a possibility; it might really not happen after all.

Emuparadise, despite having emulators and roms for CD-based consoles, doesn't have complete lists of ROMs for certain consoles, if any consoles. It doesn't have games like Snowboard Kids Plus (a PSX game), Game Tengoku (a Saturn game), or any ROMs or emulators for the PC-FX. Guess I'll have to request them, if I can do that.
