Mom didn't have work yesterday, so she drove me and Marie to school. Before we left home, I emptied those snail shells out of my coat pockets. Mom and Marie noticed them all on top of the cabinets in the dining room, and noticed that one of them was still alive. Mom told me to throw that one into the river when I'm at school. When we got there, she drove right up to the river so that I could just get out and take care of it, and I thought I might just be able to walk up to the Racanelli Building and enter through the backdoor into the cafeteria, but there turned out to be a cast iron fence to prevent people from doing that. We had to drive the rest of the way (only a few blocks, actually) to the gate, but it wouldn't have mattered since she was going back home anyway.

So, it was a good thing that we noticed that still-living snail just in time to give it a second chance to survive. However, while I was at school, two unlucky things happened. First, my teachers for both New York History and Social Psychology told that my name was never on the class rosters, which is funny because the same was true with my other two classes. They asked me to see what's going on at the bursar's office, and when I did go there, I was told that I was dropped for non-payment. Thankfully, I still had a chance to pay for my classes and sign a Master Promisory Note, although I was only able to pay $1,500 with my own debit card. The Note was taken care of when I got home later on.

The other thing that happened was that even though Mom initially assumed that my going-home bus was due at 12:30, she said she'd call me if that was inaccurate. I went out at 12:30, and waited half an hour before calling Mom. When I took out my cell phone, it said I had three missed calls, and upon calling Mom, she said that they were from her, and then she had to come pick me up. I told her that I didn't answer because my phone didn't ring or vibrate, and she fixed it when we got home.

This morning, I got a memo pad at Mom's advice so that I could write down my bus schedule until I get a new agenda book.
