It's finished!!!!!
Oct. 16th, 2008 06:51 amI have just completed the last entry to Chronicles of 7th Grade. Now I can finally put it behind me once and for all.
Is it time now to submit it for publication? Time to play Getter Love!!? Well, no. There's still that whole lineup of games I gotta play, during which I'll be (hopefully) adding missed stuff to the story. But it's not even time to start playing those games. Right now, I'm not feeling nostalgic enough for 7th Grade, plus I gotta wait for a new copy of Getter Love!! to appear on Ebay, Genki Video Games, or some other online store (or for the game to be added to the Wii Virtual Console, if it ever will be). That stupid glitch with the faces would ruin the moment if I played the ROM copy. From what I understand, the Virtual Console can't save anything that requires the Nintendo 64 Memory Pak, which means I won't be able to save memories if I play it on that...but at least that's a whole lot better than having eyes and mouths missing from everyone's faces.
In the meantime, there's a bajillion other games I could play while recharging the nostalgic spark and waiting for a game pak or VC emulation of that game. Let's look at all our options (in no particular order):
