Aug. 31st, 2009 06:38 amYesterday, I was about to watch this lost pilot of My Name Is Earl with my parents. What it was was, what if instead of Carson Daly talking about karma, Earl flipped to Stewie Griffin talking about revenge while he was in the hospital? I decided not to watch it because of OOC-ness, and Mom even said good choice. As it turns out, she and Dad didn't like it either.
Got stuff done yesterday. Dad got the toilet back in place, after having it disinstalled for a few days or so. He also had to get the remaining outlets in my room working again, which required him to turn off the electricity while I was playing Getter Love!! I was about to lose that round anyway, so it was no big deal. Mom and I rearranged my bed and TV, though I at first insisted she leave the TV alone because it's so easily breakable. She said she's gonna have to move it anyway for when Dad starts working on my closet, and we put it on a rug to slide it around with.
And finally, I finished a list of notable points from Yoshi's Island to send to Jake. As it turns out, though, he wanted me to mark down which scenes in his version of Yoshi's Island rewritten I would like to see. In other words, as if I were still writing my version of the fic myself, he would like me to think of stuff to make happen in his version.

GETTER LOVE!!
Three rounds yesterday.
Round 1: Meifa today.
Somewhat early on, Reika found me at Panda Amusement. I went over to China Hao Hao the next turn, hoping to rub her off onto Chikashi, but his date was over before I got there. However, I did obtain a Reika Gekitai card from the Dorobou Cat, which didn't get her off of me right then and there, but would save me when she found me a second time. By the time I was invited to a Cafe Liquid party, she was about to leave anyway.
Towards the end of the round, she spotted me a third time, this time at the Panda Department Store. I was invited to another party the very next turn, where Alfonso would send her off. The turn after that, Meifa told me she would be at China Hao Hao, I visited her, she cooked up her chef's special, and I then won the game with her. I won by kissing the cook!
Of course, it was only her Giri Giri ending, with both events that I already have. The only thing I actually saved with my win was Topic #50. Since I was pretty much unable to decipher it, I'm gonna write it in it's original language below:

Round 2: Hana is my girl today.
For the most part, though, I can't remember much that happened. Late in the round, I declared my love to her at Panda Park, and she dumped me. So, just for shits and giggles, I wrecked Sesshuu's date with Makoto by draining his Youshi. Just then, that's when I had to turn the game off for Dad to fix the electricity.
Round 3: Hana again. Early on, I did manage to take her out to the beach. She does wear a two-piece, but it's not exactly skimpy.
This playthrough went on for fourteen days. During the late half of the game, I spent most of my time walking all over everyone and forcing them to spend time at home. I eventually did manage to get an Invitation card, which I used to invite Hana to China Hao Hao, but I answered a question wrong, and she got pissed off. Two turns later, Kaoru told me that Hana would be at the Game Corner after I consulted him. I went over there, confessed my love to her, and she rejected me. During the same turn, Daisuke won Shizuku's heart, and that was it.
