Feb. 19th, 2011 05:59 amProbably gonna put more focus on the MCC prologue on Monday, since I'd like to get that over with at some point.
Contacted both Melissa and Liam yesterday. Melissa told me she still won't be available for a while, but would contact me if she gets any days off later on. I'll wait until my birthday next month before contacting her again, if she doesn't get back to me before then. Still have yet to hear from Liam.
Drove around with Mom when she got home from work. First stop was the post office; nothing to say about that.
Went to Cathedral Pines afterwards, and while we were walking, Mom noticed some yellow flowers and a note saying "Against all odds" tied to a phone pole.
And finally, to Stop 'N' Shop to pick up ice cream and a can of beans. Breyer's and Stop 'N' Shop brands were on sale, but Mom noticed something that wasn't ice cream but frozen dairy deserts. It was "mint fudge brownie" flavor, and I thought it would be like that Twin-Mint ice cream that Mom got once last summer. I just thought, hey, doesn't really matter what it is, as long as it tastes good. (Didn't taste as spectacularly great when I had some last night, but wasn't bad either.)
Dad was cleaning out the chimney when we got home, and had also started taking down the Christmas lights while he was at it.
