Marie has come home for Dad's birthday, but Mom wants to keep the fact a surprise for him. Evidently, she's still asleep after having arrived here in the dead of night.

Losing track of time is what comes with having very little structure in one's life. Yesterday, I thought it was Thursday when it was actually Friday, so long story short, I missed a chance to capture Drifloon in Pokemon Diamond. Upon explaining to Mom after she asked me what was wrong this morning, she suggested that having a calendar might help. Come to think of it, maybe that would be a good thing. All I'd have to do was put an X on each day that goes by, although my Pokemon games would be pretty much the only reason for me to keep one.
