Got a response from someone across Craigslist asking me not to apply to any more of his job offers. He said "You worked for the guy that passed the MTA payroll Tax which I pay for every week do your self a favor and don't use this referral any longer." Showed it to Mom, she had Dad look at it, and also advised me to make it only available on request from now on. We also agreed to bring it to show someone at an upcoming job fair.
