Aug. 17th, 2011 07:27 amAfter a bit of reconsideration following yesterday's post, I decided that maybe it would be for the better that MMO's go on endlessly. With console games, you feel unsatisfied once you reach the end, and it's not like I ever care (at least on a primary basis) about the story or characterization. I typically care a lot more about getting stuff, managing my money and inventory, customizing my characters, and killing things.
That said, I would stick with DD Tank, except that when I tried to fortify my weapons, the game didn't exactly distinguish between what was and wasn't compatible with what. Like, it would've helped if certain equipment turned black and white when I selected an energy stone to apply to something.
Well, Jake did suggest Ragnarok Online after I brought it up with him, so I thought I might check that out. However, I did notice that our computer had only 27 gigabytes of free space left on it, and everything I deleted after noticing had only comprised about three more GB of space used up. Was thinking I might get around to uploading my Mon Colle Knights videos onto YouTube the next day so I could delete those off the hard drive and free up an entire one-third of its space, but on second thought, an even better idea might be to install the game onto my laptop instead, especially since Dad uses our main PC when he's home.
