Jan. 7th, 2012 06:19 amWatched an episode of Popotan yesterday morning, and also skimmed through all of volume 2 of Japanese in Mangaland. Brian had been sleeping in my room while he was here, and even after he did wake up, he still laid on my bed to look at stuff on his laptop, so I wasn't really able to play Getter Love!! right off the bat.
Brian took me and Marie out to get bagels shortly after waking up. I got a sesame roll with cream cheese and a canole, but I was wishing I had ordered a BLT instead. Maybe next time.
All of us except Marie watched an episode of Black Adder, and then got our picture taken, right before driving Brian to the airport. Brian asked if he could borrow that Daria DVD set, and I let him. I stayed home, but Marie went with Mom and Brian. (Dad had to go to the shop, probably to feed the cats.) Currently, Marie is in the city with Jacob.

Depending on how you look at it, this period of Getter Love!! might or might not have started on a bang. Played two rounds yesterday. The first, I won Natsuki's Giri Giri ending, with only her visit to my house (easy enough to obtain) accompanying it. Second round, stuck with Ayumi, got her scenes at the Ground, the Karaoke Corner, and her home, and then took the opportunity to let Reika's ending take place (since all my opponents were lagging anyway).
