Jan. 29th, 2012 07:02 amYesterday morning, Jaymes briefly stopped by regarding a file clerk position at some supermarket (don't remember which). During his visit, he also asked if I remember certain kids from our 3rd grade class, such as Tommy Costa and Erick Kandler. He told us that while Tommy had moved to New Hampshire during that year, he had been friends with Erick all the way up through high school. He also mentioned something about Mrs. Edis, our teacher at the time, and Mom said that she has probably retired by this point.
Yeah, I remember the few times me, Brian, and my then-friend Steven had been at Tommy's house before he and his family moved away. He was the one who I one time watched play Mick & Mack as the Global Gladiators some time during December of that year, which I would download a ROM copy of thirteen years later. I also remember watching him play Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Rocket Knight Adventures, and even once played TMNT: The Hyperstone Heist together with him and Steven.
As for Erick, I never really interacted with him much. However, I do remember that he had also been in the same class with me in 2nd grade, as well as in my 6th grade Music, Art, Home & Careers, and Tech Ed classes. (I sat at the same table with him in Art, and he also sat in front of me in Tech Ed.)
