Stopped playing Getter Love!! two days ago. We had gone to the gym first thing in the morning, which we usually do on Saturdays nowadays, and when we got back home, I started to think that I'd be making a chore out of it at that point if I were to continue. The whole point of playing it right now was to make use of what time I have left having my room to myself until Grandpa comes to live here and has to sleep there. I thought that was going to be this coming Wednesday, but as it turns out that's when he's due to have some stitches removed, and that he's due to spend a few months here starting on May 1.

Until this past Saturday, I've been alternating between playing the game and re-reading Japanese in Mangaland. At that point, I only had a few chapters left to re-read, and I decided just to read them and get it over with.

Yesterday, I continued watching Nichijou, up to episode 13, and I've got some mixed feelings about that. On the one hand, I do enjoy watching the scenes involving Nano and the professor, and thought that the jan-ken-bon scenes were particularly cute. On the other hand, a lot of the stuff that Yuko, Mio, and Mai go through is painful to watch, and I think the show could do without Misato's antics against Kojiro, given how all too common it is for girls to get mad and use slapstick violence against guys with the reverse hardly ever being true.

Remember that Milfeulle pic that I once had Nanashi-no draw for me? As of yesterday, I've decided to host it myself, as a way to cope with the fact that I had lost touch with a really good, style-flexible artist and would be blatantly kidding myself if I were to say that her style sucked anyway (just a stupid way some people use to preserve their ego when they've lost something).

Not currently planning to host either version of the Saga pic that she had also drawn for me, since not only was her bikini bottom a little off, but Chelle also deconstructed the pose only two months ago as being physically impossible.

Anyway, for some reason, I can't seem to view the pic directly on our main computer (now a flat-screen PC that Brian had given us, to replace our older monitor), even though I can view it just fine on my laptop. I am able to view it in a gallery, but there was also one other pic that I tried to view earlier yesterday, for which only the description and comments were visible. I've already sent a bug report about this, but if anyone else knows about this issue, some tips would sure help me out.

Later on, someone came to the back door *again* to deliver some Chinese food that Bobby ordered. At first, I thought Mom had ordered it, because she decided to buy some for Grandpa after having a breakdown upon discovering that all the chicken we had in the fridge had gone bad. The bill was $19.88, and I took to counting up some change from the jar (didn't help that it was raining rather heavily), but then Mom came home just as I was almost done, and cleared things up, while Dad led him to Bobby's apartment. She told me that she decided at the last minute, regarding us, to cook some liver and onions instead. Sure is coincidental, though.

As of today, I plan to continue with Kanji in Context, after having taken a break from it for a few weeks now.

Would like to continue with Parasitic Trio, but there are still some issues between me and Jake regarding that. I did have a convo with him yesterday morning, and he seems to be feeling better than he was a week ago, but I'll give him another week before he hopefully receives what I sent him and should be feeling better. Probably then, he'll be in a better mood to work something out regarding certain storylines that relied on HMs in the games.
