Had the past two days off from Kanji in Context, initially to write a piece of introspection about everything that ultimately led me to dream up Parasitic Trio and why I still want to write it. Afterwards, decided to read my first player's guide for Pokemon Black and White all the way through, after a whole year of owning it mostly unread, in case I decide to write another Pokemon ficseries after that one.

This past Tuesday, for the first time ever so far, Mom was the one to come up to me to tell me that we were leaving the gym. Whereas Dad often has a lot more to do by the time I finish my regular routine, I was only more or less halfway done at that point.

Yesterday morning, I read through my second Black/White guide, made some edits to the P.T. outline (mostly to the second Battle Frontier arc), and didn't really do a whole lot after that.

After having his leave from the nursing home delayed again (due to a swollen wrist that he refrained from showing any of the staff, because he "doesn't like to complain", and which he had shown the four of us just the other day when we all had cake), Grandpa Bob is supposedly due to finally live with us today. Dad had already moved the cable box into my room so he could watch TV in there, and placed a DVR where the box used to be. Mom had me rearrange the furniture in my bedroom when she came home, in order to accommodate him. Also, I've been meaning last night to take some pictures of textbooks and other stuff to sell on Ebay that we cleaned out of my room last Saturday, but had forgotten all about it by the time Dad came home with his camera. Gonna have to take care of that today.

Finally, I think I'm gonna have a break from checking Cinemassacre each day, and will probably catch up with it next time I need to link to something on that site. James Rolfe has recently been too busy making his upcoming movie to make any regular videos since last December. More importantly, though, Mike Matei has started his own game compilation review videos for game franchises like The Simpsons and Donald Duck. Last thing I'd like to see on my computer screen is a compilation of Nicktoon games. (No, you wouldn't even have to play the video; the game paks for whatever he reviews are shown right on the window before you play it.)
