Nov. 14th, 2012 06:31 amWatched the first two episodes of Angel Tales (or Angel's Tail, as I found out it was originally called) during the past couple of days. Might pick up from where I left off with Air after I finish the remaining episodes, but probably only for as long as I'm still playing Getter Love!! Once I get started with the Lucky Star spritesheet, I'm probably gonna be too focused on that, and then with Mother 3, to bother watching anything, so now's still not a good time to uncancel my Netflix account.

Last night at the gym, I was on one of the treadmills, but watched one of the elliptical machine TVs from where I was. I saw this commercial where someone is shopping at Sears and winds up having to run all over to find his two-year-old kid, finding the perfect gift for his wife upon finally finding him. Paused my machine for a bit to tell Mom, since she remembers only too well that one time when she and I were there, and I wandered off and had someone escort me back to her when I was little. (Supposedly, I was following some thin red line, and the store had to close all doors to prevent me from leaving altogether.)

She then told me about this other funny commercial, for Lego Lord of the Rings, and said that she'd let me know next time she sees it.
Could this be what she's talking about?

Anyway, yeah, along with Lego being its own franchise, there are other famous franchises which not only have their own actual Lego sets, but Lego video games as well. Batman (mentioned in a cut here), Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Indiana Jones are just a few examples of such.
