Jan. 18th, 2014 05:35 amWent to the library with Mom last night, and got this book called The Art of Voice Acting.
For the record, I've put actually getting voice clips on the back burner. That is something I should do physically, so that I can be in more control of how anything is said. Got two bites ever since I posted on Voice Acting Club. However, the first one lives in Russia, and has too heavy an accent for what I want. The other one volunteered to voice all four canon mains and one of Miyuki's bystanders in the hallway, but while there is no noticeable accent, they all sound the same, the delivery is still way off, and obviously, that person hasn't watched the show in English (if at all), or else she would've pronounced "moe" as "mo-eh", the way it's meant to be pronounced, instead of as "mo-ee".
So, yeah, I'll look into where I can go to hire anyone in person for the job when it's actually time to do so. Still got a long way to go before I get to that, because I still have yet to continue learning how to program, and still have other things to map out. I've already set a path through the woods, and have made rough maps of the twins' and Konata's houses, which I hope Chelle will help refine once I can send them to her, but deciding how to map out neighborhoods and where to set boundaries (and what kinds) is gonna be an issue.
