1) Tsukasa and Kagami don't live in Kasukabe. They live in Kuki, as would Rokuna. Kasukabe is just where the girls' school is located.
2) Kuki is the name of the city in which the twins live. Washinomiya is the name of both the district and the town. Rokuna would live in the town of Arai, which is located in the district of Kurihashi.
3) The river in question is called the Naka. I also found out about two other rivers called the Tone and the Moto-Arakawa, and managed to pinpoint the former within the same area. Didn't notice it earlier, because it was so narrow that I could barely tell it apart from any of the roads.
