Jun. 20th, 2014 05:01 amMom had placed those two birds within a patch of lily of the valley so that a cat wouldn't find them too easily. Unfortunately, they both died anyway. I raked them both onto a shovel and threw them onto the berm at some point after noticing.
Finished watching Magical Meow Meow Taruto yesterday. Actually watched more than a few episodes the previous couple of days while awaiting an email reply from Chelle, but there is also the fact that that DVD set is due tomorrow and I could only renew it once since it was from a different library from ours.
Played Rockman & Forte yesterday, for the first time in nearly a week. Made my way all the way up to Dr. Wily as Forte, but I only had one life remaining and lost it to him.
Brian went back home to Boston.

Mom and Dad watched this movie called Blown Away yesterday evening, something about bombs. I saw part of it from the dining room table while eating dinner by myself, and it just so happened to be a part I remember me and Brian seeing late in 2002 while he was flipping through the channels one time. It was this part where the antagonist Ryan Gaerity tells protagonist Jimmy Dove during a phone call:
I've come here to create a new country for you called chaos, and a new government called anarchy.
Talk about a double-coincidence, having seen the same part of a certain movie that didn't even actively interest me even after the first time (Brian and Marie used to sit through all kinds of stuff during our teen years), during a rather brief break I was having from Rockman & Forte mid-playthrough.
