Nov. 10th, 2015 04:05 amThat pic isn't going through. Kymyit was unable to create any kind of tutorial. She told me that fat girls are one of the harder things for her to draw, and she usually uses existing pics to refer to (something I've always noticed agataylor to do as well).

Brian managed to read that first entry today, and at some point, told me that what he was really thinking of the day before was actually ironic distance. He cited Master Belch to represent a fascist dictator, and his zombies to represent people who are brainwashed during childhood to kill without compunction.
Following that particular conversation, the first thing that came to my mind was Crap Unread and how poorly written that fic is. For example, the organization in question might be a crime syndicate called Blood Scorpion Whatever, "Satoshi" might give his cohorts "advice" that he reads off of index cards (representing how the real Satoshi just pulled stuff out of his ass regarding some girls he and his friends barely even knew), the weapons they're trying to ship might be "moronic bombs" (there's probably one they dropped on town already, which would explain the OOC behavior of some otherwise intelligent characters), there might be some take on the term "idiot plot" (in the senses of both storytelling and the conspiracy in question), and their means of humiliation might be more laughable (if in at least some cases fetishy).
Still need to iron things out on how, where, and even if to fit that into the fic. Might very well show this part of this entry to Brian when he's home, given how short it is compared to those other entries.

Brian had to leave last night, but before he did, we watched some stuff on Netflix, including a documentary called Sriracha about the origins and production of just that.
Went with Mom to drop Brian off at Port Jefferson, and chatted with Brian about various stuff regarding Earthbound. Along the way, he said that he always wanted to try Mother 3 at some point, and I offered to set both that and Earthbound Zero up on his laptop when he comes over with Marie for Thanksgiving.
Mom drove to the library at my earlier request after dropping Brian off, so that I could pick up some DVDs that were supposedly on hold for me. All that was actually there was part 2 of Squid Girl. I could've sworn that I also saw part 1 and Selector Infected Wixoss listed as on hold in my account, along with the fact that I never even got an email at whatever point part 2 came in, but someone from the reference desk told me that Squid Girl part 1 is being ordered from outside Suffolk County, and Wixoss just came out several months ago.
Well, even when I am awaiting stuff, it's not that often that I visit my account anyway. So, I guess that's understandable, though I don't understand why they didn't differentiate between what's already in and what's still on the way here.
