The Unwilling Service post is back up, and I've already got a good few applicants on board. I've decided to encourage applicants explicitly to think outside the box, although I still won't outright require that. Also, no one is getting put on the back burner anymore, although I will only give additional time to those who already wrote a substantial amount once someone submits their version of a given chapter.
