Mar. 13th, 2019 05:42 amMom had suggested the other day that I send my walkthrough to her work email and she print it up there, so as to save money on printer ink and paper. She took care of that yesterday, but only before receiving another email I sent her asking her to hold off. As a result, everything was misaligned from when I took some time in-between to juxtapose it all for extra presentability, and I got mad at her not for wasting paper but for supposedly ignoring me, before she cleared up that she was in some kind of hurry just to take care of things before even checking her email.
To show you what I mean, here is what the introductory paragraph says:
Note: Even though I am giving you the GBA version of this game, all terminology on my blog will pertain to Earthbound Zero, the unreleased localization of the original Famicom version (which was still slightly different even from that). I will mark everything down along the way and even in a special section just for clarification, but we can still use Mother's terms when talking just to eachother.
(Okay, so I forgot to edit that, after listing all naming and other differences individually shortly after they each come up instead.)
On Wordpad, the lines begin with "Note," "will," "which," "and," and "talking." On the copy she printed up, they begin with "Note," "to," "different," and "for."
I tried printing the first four pages up here at home, the way I meant for it to look, but while everything is aligned much more accurately as per the print preview, the second page has had its very last line moved to the third, which would obviously screw everything up more and more if I were to print the whole thing again.
Apparently, I might as well not have gone the extra mile either way, and I'm obviously not going to be doing that when it's time to print up the walkthrough for Mother 3. Honestly, what is the point of having a preview if it's not gonna print up exactly as shown on the screen? Isn't the purpose to show you how many pages are actually gonna print up and what each is gonna look like in case you want to re-edit something?
