(no subject)

Spent this whole past week playing Disgaea, mostly running laps through the Item World, barely getting anything done as far as my agenda goes. Decided today just to put it down, after finding my characters overlevelled for the regular stages and more and more items accumulating while I haven't even reached the first boss or recruited Flonne yet.

Next time I come back to it, I am going to roll for 6 between story stages, putting the Item World on the sidelines where it belongs.

In the meantime, I have already continued working on my spritesheets, if just a little bit each day. Mom did urge me to start creating stuff for Day of the Beehive while we were watching more of my playthrough, previously suggesting I get back in touch with Matthew to see if he can help before I specified wanting to design everyone myself. I had asked Brian for specific ideas for Starbound last week, but he hasn't gotten back to me about those, and I can understand how busy his life is in general. Not something I'm likely to ask Chelle for, because Brian has actually been to Inverness before, and he would probably have better insight on that. (Don't want to copy stuff either from those books I still have out from the library.)
