Aborting my current playthrough. Can't believe I missed out on how to upgrade weapons, which isn't by buying better weapons but by having them forged by blacksmiths.

For the better, too, since now I have more time to get some spritework in to show Brian when he's here in a few weeks.

(Also need to remember when I start over, to take the secret 100 bits from one of the statues inside Gregminster Castle.)
