Several days ago, I considered playing Disgaea again for when I'm out of steam for spriting, but decided afterwards that maybe that should be what I play when my Wanikani subscription runs out and I won't have to worry about any reviews piling up whenever I play for more than an hour at a time. Having thought about that did lead me to revise quite a few things of my gaming plans overall, which would be on my mind all each day since, along with several things that would change the game further and some stuff I revised on Game Gourmet:

-Did some research, and marked down which games have player's guides.

-Several different games now hold top priority for after Disgaea, in order to open the way for either their sequels themselves or said sequels' player's guides for future Christmas or birthday gifts. (The World Ends With You is a special case, reserved for whenever Dad decides to head down to Virginia, so that I can let my pins gain shutdown experience while we're driving down or back, although it will assume normal priority again if I'm already in the middle of another game or have just finished or aborted one.)

-How did I not notice Disgaea 4 Complete+ last time Mom and I hit Walmart? I mean, it's not like I actually keep track of what's coming up; Disgaea 1 Complete was something I first discovered accidentally, but this was released late last October. I would have requested that too for Christmas had I known about it beforehand, and I specifically requested some non-game media for my upcoming birthday so that I could reserve my next game break for two weeks later. Good thing it also has a PS4 port, since...

-The Playstation 5 will be coming out at the end of this year, and I will probably request that for Christmas then. With announced backwards compatibility w/ even Playstation 1 games, that rules out the Playstations 3 and 4, with the Vita just barely competing w/ two games in particular (one of which might get re-released any year now, although the other is actually something I only discovered a few days ago).

-Should have accepted Cousin David's PS2 collection when he offered that alongside his PS1 collection last summer. There are now five games I otherwise hope to see at Savers someday, one of which I would have accessed instead through the Playstation 4. Here's hoping I can ask Aunt Marie to ask David for his collection before she comes down this summer. (Then, I'll have more games to bundle with my own PS2 to then sell on eBay, minus any I'd like to keep.)

-Added Zero/Ao no Kiseki to Game Gourmet, and also to medium priority in my gaming plans. Here's hoping the Japan-upcoming PS4 versions get localized, but good thing the PSP versions got their own translation as well.

-Transferred several games from Action RPG to Roguelike, since the former folder is already overblown.

Yesterday, we had an Internet outage right before heading out to the gym. Just down Long Island Avenue, the train tracks were closed off on Station Road to our right, and there was a long line of cars to our left while several on the right turned around. We headed down to Route 101 for our alternate route, and Mom was able to operate her iPad in the gym and saw an actual alert.

I had already gone to bed by the time the issue resolved itself. With Wanikani out of access, dinner not quite in progress yet, and a whole two waking hours left, I considered starting over with Disgaea early when we got home (decided against Getter Love!!, which I'm actually already sick of by now but will probably revisit in a few years when I'm much more fluent w/ kanji), but decided instead to chop some firewood on such a beautiful afternoon still remaining.

And, I had a total of 249 reviews accumulated when I woke up at 3:30 this morning.
