Someone on PK Hack cleared things up for me about the non-relation between Thomas' Bazaar and the Drago Fang.

Basically, what actually spawns new items in the bazaar is revisions to the world itself, not the cutscenes themselves that trigger them.

Here is what Lorenzooone actually said about it:

When the byte at 0x2004BE1 is different from the one at 0x2004C03, the items are regenerated.
0x2004C03 is then set to the value of 0x2004BE1. If that value is either 0 or 255, it looks at
the bytes near it, up until 0x2004BE3.

In other words, the state of the world has one string of bytes, the bazaar has another, and the latter has to follow the former, generating three new items each time if any previous ones went unclaimed. (This also explains why such minor events as summoning the frogs on Mt. Oriander or crossing a gap in Osohe Castle don't trigger a restock, despite triggering the same visual behavior as most of the following events. Not that they should anyway.)

As for the events that trigger this:

-Hinawa's funeral sends everyone back to town, changes the music, and sets the flag to obtain the Drago Fang.

-Alec joining Flint after he leaves Tazmily Village changes the music, removes the Agitated Boars, summons the Arrow Lizards, and allows you to summon some frogs to hop across a river on.

-Wess accompanying Duster back to Osohe Castle changes the music and sets up the flag for the Pigmask Army to arrive there.

-Said arrival revises the state of the castle itself.

-Not sure what defeating the Clayman does, but there must be something.

-Wess' dance in the Noble Spitoon room allows you to pass through the gate there freely, in case you have any reason to backtrack.

All the Drago Fang dialogue does is put the fang itself in your inventory. And as Lorenzo explained, Bronson isn't actually put in two places at once, but spawned in front of the Prayer Sanctuary if you forget to meet him inside his workshop.

Well, while it's technically possible to create new bazaar restock flags by simply changing the state of the game and then reverting it right back, I am content to write this change off altogether, now that I know that this isn't something the developers forgot to program for such a prominent moment in that part of the game.
