Long story short, nothing panned out with Walmart. I never got the background check I was promised a link to, and when I got a hold of Pamela just a few days ago, she told me the position was closed and promised to talk to her associates about any other positions currently open. That was the last I've heard from her so far.

After so long of Mom being unable to drive me around week after week due to stuff revolving around Dad's condition, I managed to get Brian instead to start that with me, starting yesterday at Sunshine Square, to apply for some jobs in-store. Of those that he deemed worth attempting, half of them still required me to apply online back home, which I went on to for those, but it still feels nice just to focus on a few places at a time instead of trying to think from home of stuff I just barely notice on the sidelines during errands.
