Jul. 6th, 2024 07:55 amAunt Marie arrived two nights ago while we were out seeing fireworks, in order to help Mom bring Dad home from the hospital the next day.

Brian brought me and Maris to Lucia yesterday afternoon. Ordered myself a Mexican burger, a side of chorizo, and some fried plantains.
Maris sure enjoyed scribbling with these three crayons over some paper thing given to kids to draw on, and then sticking her hand into Brian's water glass and making quite the mess.

We later dined out again, at La Marguerita, when Brian had to get two tubs of salad at Stop & Shop for our parents. We were going to order a large and small pepperoni pizza each, the latter to have there, the former to bring home for Mom and Aunt Marie (Mom had made Dad some breakfast stuff that she made plans for). As it turns out, large is the only size they come in, so Brian and I just had two slices each from one pie, before distributing two from the other to that one before coming home.
